What You'll Be Doing:

  • Monitor internal communication channels and provide front-line support for provider inquiries when appropriate; Escalate complex inquiries per departmental standards and direct provider inquiries to medical operations and clinical team as needed
  • Receive incoming calls, emails, and instant messages, and appropriately addresses and/or triages requests
  • Serves as an administrative liaison between leader(s) and other staff members and providers
  • Composes correspondence/materials which often requires an understanding of technical or healthcare-specific subject matter, company standards and/or procedural guidelines; creates materials
  • Assist providers and other internal and cross-functional team members with administrative duties
  • Apply knowledge of policies and practices to facilitate the exercise of independent judgment in making routine administrative decisions and in the approach to address and direct non-routine situations
  • Performs special project assignments with data collection, integration, and analysis to develop reports, presentations, or assignments; Ensures that information used is current, accurate and timely, and that all relevant data is included and considered in completing the assignment
  • Escalate complex issues per departmental standards and prioritize and direct provider inquiries to the rest of the administration and clinical team as needed
  • Assist medical operations leadership in organizing documents and data
  • Create and deliver materials to educate providers and provider staff on contracts, policies and procedures, quality initiatives, and financial performance
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting on key program performance metrics
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 years of experience in high touch customer service or healthcare
  • Advanced proficiency in computer technology such as navigating the internet and using multiple software systems simultaneously. Additionally, comfort in mastering our technology suite including but not limited to our EMR (DrChrono), Slack, G-suite,zendesk, and Zoom
  • Ability to speak and write effectively
  • Ability to demonstrate customer service skills in interactions with patients, families, and staff, including in high volume and stressful situations
  • Ability to work independently as well as an integral part of the Medical Operations team
  • Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
  • Understanding of HIPAA and other regulatory requirements Experience working on collaborative, diverse and feedback-driven multi-disciplinary teams (additional experience with remote teams a plus)
  • Ability to solve problems and identify solutions
  • Ability to demonstrate customer service skills in interactions in high volume and stressful situations
  • Ability to work independently as well as an integral part of the Medical Operations team
  • Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
