We are Niagahoster, a tech company based in Yogyakarta that provides web-hosting services. We're looking for a Brand Communication Intern who will help our team to facilitate efficient operation by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. If you are ready to be part of our team, join us now!


Responsibilities:

  • To do and support the clerical work related to the Brand Communication team

  • Responsible for running and coordinating day-to-day administrative duties


Day-to-day duties will typically include:

  • Remind event participants via WA blaster

  • Prepare external speakers & journalists invoices

  • Prepare permission letter

  • Generate e-certificate for Development Program Alumni

  • Take minutes of meeting for Marketing & Product Sync Meeting

  • Maintain manual filing system

Requirements

  • Must have had graduate from school
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Word & Excel)
  • Good administrative and communication skills
  • Has the “can-do” attitude
  • An eye for detail
