We are a Series C-funded logistic technology company that has increased our revenue by 200% year over year, led by a leadership team of logistics veterans and experienced engineers, product leaders and data scientists continuing to disrupt this $800 billion industry.
We are seeking an innovative, agile, data-oriented Load Management Representative who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced global company. This position will work with our Load Management team to track our carriers and provide updates to our customers in a timely manner to ensure we provide the best-in class customer service. Implementing and troubleshooting our Tracking App and  3rd Party tracking services.


  • Communicate with carriers & drivers regarding booked loads 
  • Relay any details regarding delays or issues with shipments
  • Track and trace shipments to ensure deadlines and delivery times are met
  • Keep track of upcoming deliveries and possible delays that may occur
  • Resolve and manage communication with carriers when general issues arise
  • Provide carrier feedback to our engineering team to continuously improve our core technology to meet the needs of carriers and customers
  • Collaborate with members of other teams to guarantee a smooth delivery process


  • Fluent in English - verbal and written
  • International business or communication background
  • Proven ability maintaining high levels of customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills Problem solving ability
  • Familiarity with USA geography
  • Go-getter attitude with the ability to come up with solutions to challenges
  • Call center customer services experience a plus
