What You'll Be Doing:

  • Serving as a trusted advisor to the operations leaders, driving capabilities and custom workflows
  • Collect business needs and drive prioritization of requirements
  • Understand the product, strategy, and operations needs
  • Designing solutions and working directly with business leaders to meet their requirements in accordance with insurance/health industry best practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively synthesize operational requirements into technical outcomes for varied audiences
  • Provide architectural and big-picture oversight for development of ops implementations, with a focus on Healthcare operations across Pharmacy, Telehealth and Diagnostics 
  • Provide implementation guidance best practice recommendations 
  • Provide assessments and recommendations on the design of ops workflows, while integrating components built by developers and ensuring architectural integrity of the system
  • Solution & Technical liaison to a team of developers and specialists to meet specific client requirements; responsible for ensuring an optimal system architecture to facilitate the successful completion of implementations
  • Work with ops and clinical teams to promote maximum use of native capabilities throughout the entire implementation and release lifecycles
  • Show continued professional growth and development

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience in B2B Healthcare, eCommerce & OMS platforms is highly preferred
  • Solid experience in the telecom/contact center industry
  • Preferred experience in healthcare, specifically managing patient relationships
  • Good logical reasoning and synthesis skills, good communication, and commitment to the results of the work
  • Knowledge in programming logic, database concepts are desirable
  • Proven results leading implementation
  • Consulting/program experiences are strongly recommended
  • General working knowledge of many of the following business functions and/or concepts and demonstrable ability to rapidly learn and apply knowledge in these areas: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), SaaS software and business models, Data Mapping and Modeling guidance, B2B eCommerce Best Practices (market-specific and global), 3rd party integrations (Payment Gateways, API, HRIS...etc), Multi-site solutions, operations, and governance
  • Order management flows, & payment processing
  • Distributed Order Management
  • eCommerce KPIsUser experience design and usability
  • Customer service in context of B2B healthcare and commerce use cases
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications and consulting experience in the following products are highly preferred: Health or Service Cloud
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
