What You'll Be Doing:

  • Build integrated plans by partnering with other marketing functions including field marketing, paid media, content, social media, product marketing, and marketing operations
  • Use a multi-channel approach that will enable the success of these products out in the market
  • Partner with the content team to develop landing page content, general top of funnel content, and lifecycle content
  • Work closely with our growth team to develop campaigns that drive demand for those products
  • Stay abreast of industry and marketing trends to identify more innovative ways to approach marketing channels and programs.

What You'll Need:

  • Deep understanding of best practices in direct to consumer marketing practices
  • Experience with performance marketing (email marketing, SEM, paid social, drip nurture campaigns, etc.)
  • Experience leading a project from inception to completion and analysis
  • Experienced working in an agency-type environment where there’s multiple things in the air
  • Love solving problems, thinking creatively and trying new things
  • The ability to use data to influence business decisions
  • Self-aware, collaborative and responsive
  • An “owner” personality and “can do” attitude: You’re a true believer in the work you drive and are biased towards action
  • Working knowledge in a variety of marketing and data tech tools:, Webflow, Google Tag Manager, etc
  • Experience with Analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing programs or similar growth marketing functions.
