What You'll Be Doing:

  • As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll effectively coach and counsel system users on issues that they might encounter in the course of providing daily patient support
  • You will master our full suite of operations and contact center tools and applications, becoming the subject matter expert to help teams deliver world class patient experiences
  • You will develop a deep understanding of business needs and strategies by collaborating with leaders to help make strong, informed recommendations for process improvements and/or resolutions for pain points
  • Assist with system access requests across the organization to ensure everyone has the tools that they need to be successful in their roles
  • May be responsible for application configuration
  • Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in high touch customer service or healthcare
  • Strong interest in technology and seeking creative solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from multiple inputs
  • Ability to deliver communication timely and effectively over multiple channels such as email, instant messaging, virtual meetings, etc
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to balance multiple requests for support while managing and meeting deadlines
  • Preferred: Experience working in a cloud-based, omnichannel customer service capacity
  • Preferred: Experience providing technical support in a healthcare environment
