What You'll Be Doing:

  • Use a multi-channel approach that generates sales pipeline, while closely monitoring performance and optimizing at each stage of the funnel
  • Build integrated plans by partnering with other marketing functions including field marketing, paid media, content, social media, product marketing, and marketing operations
  • Partner with the content team to develop top-of-the-funnel content
  • Work closely with our growth team to develop campaigns that drive demand for our solutions across different customer segments
  • Deliver high-quality, sales-ready leads to the sales team, enabling them to achieve their revenue targets
  • Stay abreast of industry and marketing trends to identify more innovative ways to approach marketing channels and programs
  • Work with vertical leads to identify & build target industries, well-defined personas, and company profiles within customer segments.

What You'll Need:

  • Deep understanding of best practices in B2B demand generation and integrated marketing
  • Experience with demand generation programs (email - marketing and sales, SEM, events, drip nurture campaigns, etc.)
  • Experience leading a project from inception to completion and analysis
  • Experience with lead scoring and nurturing campaigns
  • Love solving problems, thinking creatively and trying new things
  • The ability to use data to influence business decisions
  • Self-aware, collaborative and responsive
  • An “owner” personality and “can do” attitude: You’re a true believer in the work you drive and are biased towards action
  • Working knowledge in a variety of marketing and data tech tools: Salesforce, Pardot, Unbounce, Webflow, etc
  • Experience with Analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.
  • 4+ years of experience in demand generation programs or similar growth marketing functions.
