NOTE: THIS ROLE IS REMOTE WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
We seek a global leader for GTM Strategy across the UiPath sales and marketing organizations. This executive will turbocharge UiPath's growth while also leading key commercial projects to effectively scale our growth to $10B+ annually in the next few years.
This senior leader has deep experience in building the strategy, planning, and revenue scaling function for a hyper growth company who will escalate our existing framework. This is a highly visible role within the company with direct partnership to the executive team requiring equal parts of IQ and EQ.
You will enable the organization to establish, meet, and exceed both current and future business- critical objectives through leadership of the global GTM business strategy. This includes the design, development, and facilitation of revenue strategy and programs for all levels of UiPath Sales, including leadership of vital cross-functional efforts. 

This is what you'll do at UiPath:

  • Develop strategies to accelerate short and long-term growth by expanding TAM, increasing share of wallet, driving customer engagement, and improving profitability in line with the overall company vision
  • Collaborate with a broad range of regions, departments, and senior executives to drive corporate strategy and innovation activities and initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales productivity and improve operational efficiency across UiPath’s commercial lines of business
  • Cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, Finance, Business Development and Corporate Development to drive strategic initiatives
  • Lead team to complete rigorous analysis to understand the drivers of UiPath’s business and develop actionable insights leading to impact directly
  • Serve as global strategy lead for the CRO, preparing written memos, reports, QBRs, and analyses with strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate with regional revenue strategy and operations to drive regional strategies for CRO direct reports

This is what you'll bring to UiPath:

  • BA/BS required; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of post MBA relevant experience in revenue operations/sales operations and growth strategy from a top-three consulting firm
  • Comfortable being held accountable for results
  • Inspirational people leader and project manager
  • Excellent attention to detail with a parallel ability to zoom out and be 80/20 when needed
  • Ability to roll up sleeves, outline approaches to data analysis, and complete analyses independently as needed
  • Strong experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Significant experience leading sales strategy in organizations with multiple customer buying channels
  • Strong project management, planning, and organization skills
  • Excellent analytical skills with a hypothesis-based and data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience within a SaaS company, startup environment or similar rapidly-growing enterprise strongly preferred
