Position Summary:
Vivun is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join our growing People & Culture team. The mission of the People & Culture team is to attract, recruit, onboard, develop, reward, and motivate a high-performing team of Vivun heroes.  This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with our global leadership and employee base delivering innovative, consultative solutions to drive performance and results. In particular, you’ll serve as a resource for information and as a trusted advisor in the effective delivery of HR services, including compensation and benefits, immigration and global employment, performance management, compliance, recruiting support, onboarding, and employee relations. You’ll serve as an evangelist of our culture, working directly with our most important asset, our employees.  This role reports to our Director, People and is a remote position that can be done from anywhere in the U.S. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with employees and managers to offer thought partnership and HR expertise on people-related programs and strategies globally.
  • Manage and support the onboarding, exit, and performance review processes.
  • Respond to and direct complex employee relations issues as they arise.
  • Partner with employees and management to provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Provide coaching/guidance on performance management issues, professional development, career pathing and leveling.
  • Identify levers to drive employee engagement across the organization.
  • Drive initiatives to preserve and scale our culture as we continue to experience exponential growth.
  • Evaluate, recommend and implement best practices in the application of HR systems and policies, maintaining an awareness of HR principles and practices, and the related regulatory environments.
  • Maintain and protect confidential data with great discretion, judgment, and professionalism.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience working as an HR Generalist for a high-growth, dynamic organization, preferably in technology
  • Experience with being the face of HR, representing policies and practices to managers and employees across the organization
  • Good working knowledge of HR federal & state laws and regulations
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to conduct group facilitation, coach and counsel managers at all levels
  • Ability to analyze data, draw accurate conclusions and communicate key messages succinctly
  • Knowledge of talent management best practices
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
  • Must be highly motivated individual with high level of initiative and a willingness to support additional projects as needed
