The Senior Sales Partner Enablement Manager works collaboratively with the partner community, Everbridge Leadership Teams, Marketing, Sales, other Sales Enablement and Center of Excellence team members, and vendor partners, to develop and implement training, content/sales messaging, processes, practices, and tools to support the company’s direct and indirect sellers by increasing velocity, win rates, deal size, and the overall sales productivity of our sales teams.

What you'll do:

  • Leads the creation and deployment of appropriate training, content/sales messaging, processes, practices, forms, and tools to support the Partner and Channel community in selling our solutions.
  • Supports product launches by preparing and enabling the Partner and Channel community in selling our solutions.
  • Responsible for all aspects of partner and channel onboarding programs, including but not limited to the creation of strategic 30, 60, 90-day plans per sales role, training content creation, scheduling and coordination, creation and deployment or delivery of on-demand courseware, creating coaching activities, and instructor-led sales training.
  • Responsible for tracking and analysis for courseware and content usage.
  • Supports the buying and selling processes at all stages, from lead generation through win/loss and also partner success.
  • Supports frontline partner managers and partner leadership team in executing effective management disciplines and creating a sales coaching culture.

What you'll bring:

  • § Partner, Alliance, and Channel Enablement experience.
  • § Working knowledge of Partner and Channel EcoSystem (ISV, Channel, GSI, Technology, OEM, etc) and how each have varying enablement needs.
  • § Sales Enablement technologies, processes, and best practices.
  • § Sales training best practices (analysis, instructional design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation).
  • § Modern sales methodologies, sales process, and buyer’s journey alignment.
  • § Sales management best practices, including pipeline management and developmental sales coaching.
  • § Manage projects from concept to completion.
  • § Plan and facilitate effective and streamlined meetings.
  • § Strong program management and organizational skills.
  • § High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
  • § Highly developed training, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • § Ability to consult or provide guidance on complex matters to non-specialists; ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
  • § Ability to collaborate and generate a spirit of cooperation while coordinating diverse activities and groups within a team environment.
  • § Mastery of solution selling and Force Management MEDDPICC a bonus.
