Job Summary:The Marketing Manager will manage downstream strategic and tactical marketing activities for Included Health. This position is responsible for B2B marketing campaigns and programs to drive lead generation and sales enablement through the sales cycle. Supports B2B advertising and event/conference strategy in close collaboration with the Corporate Communications team. Partners with the Product Marketing team to drive awareness and interest in Included Health products with new and existing clients. The Marketing Manager will work with members of the Corporate Marketing and Business Development teams to develop and drive demand generation and new revenue growth.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and implement innovative marketing programs and campaigns to generate leads, engage customers, and drive growth
  • Support marketing activities using expertise in digital marketing, content development, event strategy, and advertising 
  • Identify ideal customer profiles and target accounts to raise awareness and consideration for Included Health solutions 
  • Develop and execute highly-targeted marketing campaigns and content-led programs that successfully engage target accounts and drive pipeline opportunities for Sales
  • Plan, organize, and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns including: emails, webinars, events (trade shows, speaking opportunities, industry events, DOD roadshows), digital/social programs/advertising, direct mail, content syndication, web presence
  • Develop Business Development and Event collateral and content, ensuring alignment with brand standards, core positioning, and marketing plans
  • Partner with the Product Marketing and broader Corporate Marketing team to define and communicate our value proposition and competitive positioning to prospective customers and existing partners including collaboration to identify and inform content and collateral needs
  • Collaborate with the Business Development and Client Success teams to develop targeted sales materials including meeting decks and to train the sales team
  • Ensure Included Health's corporate marketing is aligned with brand and product positioning and informed by the evolving competitive landscape and the ever-evolving needs and expectations of our prospects and clients
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strategic marketing insight and market segmentation expertise
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional planning, organizational, and communication skills
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Strong collaboration skills, clear team player, can-do attitude
  • Track record of success working alongside Sales organization
  • Superior communication material development abilities (i.e. slides, advertising, general messaging, etc.)
  • Detail oriented, deliver with the highest quality
  • Innovative thinker, with an eye to developing new solutions and tools
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, resource-lean environments

Education and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing
  • Strong preference for tech/mobile industry experience and healthcare/benefits experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, or business administration
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams with proven success

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
  • No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. of force (e.g., picking up and computer / laptops) may be required.
  • Good manual dexterity required to use common office equipment (e.g., computers, laptop, and mobile devices).
  • Some overnight business travel may be required.
