The Digital Marketing Manager is a strategic execution role reporting to the Sr. Director of Demand Generation and is focused on:Building sales pipeline for new customer acquisitionBuilding awareness and thought leadership through digital strategiesCollaborating with the Demand Generation team to achieve Marketing team objectives

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing programs across digital channels including web, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns, in line with brand plans and business priorities
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize digital marketing performance
  • Analyze the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generate monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio
  • Regularly monitor user analytics and use insights to drive strategies to secure downloads and improve customer engagement
  • Implement an email marketing strategy for lead nurturing and engagement from digital programs
  • Manage weekly interactive demo events to develop qualified leads for better pipeline conversion 
  • Work with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer’s digital journey
  • Become an expert on how our customers’ research, buy, and recommend
  • Provide thought leadership on marketing best practices; stay informed on new capabilities, industry trends, and marketing tools

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-7 years executing long-term digital marketing campaigns as well as short-term advertising techniques that generate pipeline
  • Good knowledge of various aspects of digital marketing including social media marketing, email marketing, marketing automation, and digital marketing tools
  • Advanced user of Hubspot MarketingHUB and CRM 
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Ability to identify and recommend content to drive traffic and on-site conversions
  • Strong written skills that are concise, credible, but most of all creates excitement to all audiences with a desire to take action and engage with the company and product
