The Director, Global Sales Operations is an essential part of Tealium’s revenue leadership team.  This role is critical in driving top-line revenue growth and improving our sales efficiency as we scale.  We are looking for a high-energy professional that can build key stakeholder relationships, roll up their sleeves to get things done and can provide sales leadership with the insights, technology and process to support our continued growth.


  • Work closely with sales leadership to inspect sales process effectiveness; identify specific areas for process improvement and optimization. 
  • Develop strong relationships with peers, sales leadership, and internal business partners to support projects and initiatives.
  • Drive sales process and technology stack adoption and feedback process with Global Tools and Process team. 
  • Actively partner with sales leadership to drive the operational cadence, including pipeline reviews, deal strategy, quarterly business reviews and monthly/annual planning and forecasting
  • Oversee sales territory management within assigned sales organization; analyze and adjust as needed to accommodate team expansion; administer team structure and account assignments in SFDC to support sales model.
  • Monitor and measure sales performance and work with Global Performance management team to develop improved performance reporting, analytics and insights


  • 4+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in a software/technology company
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail required
  • Expertise in tech platforms and processes that support the revenue lifecycle, including marketing automation (Marketo or similar), engagement (Outreach or similar),, Forecasting, CLM;
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field. MBA Preferred. 
  • Organized, excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter, reliable team player, ability to work autonomously with minimal direction
  • Strong Communicator (Both written and verbal)
  • Ability to thrive in high-intensity, rapidly changing environment, and to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with a sense of urgency
  • Experience with digital marketing or SaaS is a plus
  • Passionate about delivering excellence and superior service to the business!
