What will you be doing? ·       Responsible for crafting EMEA's partner programs including marketing plans, communication and branding and sales empowerment events·       Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead and outbound activities, identify key players and generate interest·       Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships·       Create pricing models, negotiating contracts and growth plans with current and prospective channel partners·       Align with different stockholders to build programs and incentives that drive most strategic offerings·       Expand partner skills and capabilities through learning & education; define KPIs and track results of learning and ROI·       Create & maintain program and incentive policies and processes and insure systems create positive, competitive partner experience·       Communicate and promote partner programs to drive internal and external awareness·       Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships·       Continual research of competitive and industry partner program/education best practices.·       Provide weekly updates on forecasted partner activities per region and partner·       Manage the planning and coordination of partner enablement activities  What will you need to succeed? ·       5 years plus of experience in partner sales programs/promotions roles·       Experience in partnering or partner programs in or around Customer Experience/Contact centers solutions space·       Excellent English, spoken and writtenUniphore is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
