We currently have offices in New York, San Francisco, Michigan, Chicago, Singapore, India, and China, and Sperax is also expanding in Europe.
Sperax is looking to hire a Customer Support Representative who will work directly with our customers, to help them use and understand our product, and resolve their queries or concerns. Customer Support plays a critical role in a growing startup as the team acts as the voice of the customer internally and the face of the company to our customers.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prompt response to customer enquiries
  • Keep records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved


  • 1-2 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
  • Excellent communication skills - Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Has experience in help desk software and remote support tool and understands how CRM systems work
  • Multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail 
  • Patience when handling tough cases
