Job Description:A career-defining opportunity awaits you at Treasure Data, the leading Enterprise Customer Data Platform. We need your experience and leadership to help our US Sales Development team capitalize on this hyper growth opportunity. You will play an essential role in leading and expanding our US sales development team as they generate opportunities for Treasure Data’s CDP solutions with the largest brands in the world. 
This is a highly strategic role where your skills and talents in coaching for prospect nurturing, outbound calling and account-based marketing/sales will be highly valued. You'll be a valuable contributor to sales and marketing strategy while defining and executing Sales Development team plans to achieve our business objectives. You’ll develop a team that is the talent pipeline for our future Go-To-Market leaders. 
Responsibilities:-Ongoing hiring, mentoring and development of the sales development team which includes: recruiting, hiring and training new reps; ensuring the best adoption of our systems, selling method and processes; coaching Account Development Representatives (ADRs) on strategies to open up conversations, create urgency and overcome objections. -Developing and continuously improving opportunity qualification using best practice criteria and standards -Refine a scalable, measurable and predictable process for running and growing the team cost effectively while continuously improving efficiency -Support your team by engaging with both customers and corporate resources as required Provide weekly reporting on activity, results, pipeline value, conversion rates and campaign effectiveness-Consistently monitor the activity of the sales development team and track results to continually improve productivity-Make recommendations for improvement in the areas of messaging, processes, efficiency and productivity-Learn and be a credible resource to your team for in-depth knowledge of Treasure Data products, technologies, competitors and industry trends
Qualifications:-BS/BA in Business, Marketing or a computer-related field-Four or more years of experience in B2B prospecting, sales development or sales management, preferably in business applications, with a consistent track record of over-achievement of quota-Proven ability to effectively hire and ramp up new ADRs quickly -Excellent presentation and listening skills -Propensity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment High business acumen-Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills-Comprehension of sales stages, cycles and the buyer’s journey  -Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills-Knowledge of customer experience, marketing technology, artificial intelligence or complimentary solutions preferred
