What You'll Be Doing:

  • Serve as the primary contact supporting our providers throughout their tenure with us as it relates to our medical operations
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings with providers and office staff in order to conduct training related to provider education, compliance, and/or other required objectives accordance to departmental performance targets
  • Escalate complex issues per departmental standards and prioritize and direct provider inquiries to the rest of the administration and clinical team as needed
  • Schedule and coordinate new provider meetings, collaboration, supervision, and education meetings and events
  • Create, update and modify provider schedules based on instructions from medical operations leadership
  • Assist medical operations leadership in organizing documents and data
  • Attend required meetings to ensure communication and coordination with other departments, as well as participate in quality and organizational process improvement activities and teams when requested
  • Create and deliver materials to educate providers and provider staff on contracts, policies and procedures, quality initiatives, and financial performance
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting on key program performance metrics
  • Provide leadership to team members by exhibiting an ethical, positive and professional attitude while navigating through industry and company changes
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Need:

  • Advanced proficiency in computer technology such as navigating the internet and using multiple software systems simultaneously
  • Additionally, comfort in mastering our technology suite including but not limited to our EMR (DrChrono), Slack, G-suite, zendesk, and Zoom
  • Ability to speak and write effectively
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to demonstrate customer service skills in interactions with patients, families, and staff, including in high volume and stressful situations
  • Ability to work independently as well as an integral part of the Medical Operations team
  • Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
  • Understanding of HIPAA and other regulatory requirements
  • At least 1 years of experience in high touch customer service or healthcare
  • Experience working on collaborative, diverse and feedback-driven multi-disciplinary teams (additional experience with remote teams a plus)
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and understanding of healthcare settings and/or mental health
