Everbridge is looking for a Salesforce (SFDC) Operations Specialist to help manage and optimize our system as well as develop and build enhancements to the corporate tech stack (Totango, CPQ, Clari, Outreach, Zoominfo, CPQ, etc.) The role is a part business analyst, part technical project manager, and part Salesforce administrator. The SFDC Operations Specialist will be responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform. The role will be a part of the Revenue Operations team reporting directly to and supporting the Business Sytems Manager. The specialist will have the opportunity to work on cross-functional projects supporting various teams including Customer Success, Professional Services, and Sales.

What you'll do

  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account/profiles and role maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows, process automation, and day to day CRM tasks
  • Perform database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing. Maintaining and improving duplicate and matching rules.
  • Work with various technical and business partners to build enhancements and manage integrations within Salesforce (Totango, Zendesk, ZoomInfo, CPQ, Clari, Outreach, Marketo)
  • Assist with the scoping, configuration, and delivery of internal automation projects
  • Work with end-users to provide day to day support working with the platform
  • Support and coordinate with the Salesforce Operations Director on strategic automation projects
  • Support Business Systems Manager with day to day maintenance of CPQ
  • Stay up to date and implement new Salesforce, releases, features, and best practices
  • Ability to create custom fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules.
  • Ability to create automation using the SFDC process builder and Flow
  • Establish and implement best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity

What you'll bring;

  • 3+ years of experience as an SFDC Administrator
  • Experience
  • CPQ required
  • Lightning required
  • Sales and marketing tools a plus (Outreach, Clari, Zoominfo, Marketo)
  • Customer Success Management and support tools a plus (Zendesk, Totango)
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in a quantitative, technical, or operation field required

  • Strong technical writing skills. The ability to take the lead role in developing comprehensive functional specification documents, process flow diagrams, solution design documents, use cases, test plans, and training documentation
