Within H1, our Customer Success team is focused on building deep relationships with existing customers in order to help them implement the H1 platform and realize value from the data within our solutions. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO AT H1The primary objective of the Customer Success Analyst role is to leverage multiple datasets to highlight insights and opportunities for our customers, along with ensuring we’re exceeding our clients expectations. As part of this role, you will work directly with the Customer Success Managers focusing on user metrics, identifying user trends, and creating training videos to highlight new features and use cases. You will: 
- Be responsible for creating presentations focusing on user metrics, trends, and identifying areas for improvement. - Creating template decks to be used across clients.- Partnering with the Customer Success team to develop engagement plans.- Drive user outreach and education for Tier 3 clients.- Create training materials for the H1 Product Suite- Collaborate and share feedback with cross-functional teams to enhance ongoing product development efforts.

REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor’s Degree and 1+ years as an analyst or in a customer facing role- You have strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy; advanced knowledge. Advanced experience with Google Sheets and Excel is required.- Demonstrated grit, resilience and tenacity with a desire to succeed on your own terms, scaling with H1 as we grow- Strong communication skills
