And so, we’re looking for a dedicated Cross Portfolio Product Marketing Manager to focus on customer evidence, customer success and customer experience to accelerate our ability to build the GTM that meets business objectives, optimize our core messaging to align with customer pain points and use cases and drive cross-functional collaboration. You will work alongside highly skilled and dedicated teams, especially CS, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and the New Markets teams. This opportunity is for someone who is looking to join an international fast-growing company, have plenty of influence, and be key in growing the next-gen CDP that helps customers unlock the value, enterprise wide.
As Senior Manager, Customer evidence & Cross Portfolio Execution Product Marketing you will have experience successfully growing revenue in fast growing SaaS companies. You are able to understand the needs of our target personas and see the bigger picture of how we can leverage our knowledge of our customers to meet our cross-portfolio business goals. You’re great at humanizing technology, you’re a storyteller and can illustrate the art of the possible for our customers, sales teams, analysts, partners and press. The role requires the ability to distill and articulate key benefits based on industry and technical knowledge. This individual must create content that explains the “Why now”, “Why us”, “What” and “So What” to C-level (CMO, CISO, IT, CXO, CDO) and data-oriented decision makers.  You can easily dive into competitive, campaigns, content creation, messaging, sales content, sales plays, demos, ROI calculators, product/features and other areas and are able to prioritize work across marketing, sales, business development and product to align with strategic objectives and drive outcomes that push the envelope the most.
Our ideal candidate will have exceptional business acumen and market expertise on Marketing, Customer Experience and Customer Service, along with strong communication and coordination skills with an ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proven ability to launch and meet business objectives. This role can be performed remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Positioning and messaging – help determine target personas and develop messaging to succinctly describe our unique value across the buyer journey
  • Sales productivity – enable the salesforce with compelling customer evidence information and collateral that allows them to communicate and prove the value of our products and services
  • Buyer intelligence – be our expert on buyers, including how they buy, their buying criteria, wants, value, adoption (use cases), perceptions, alternatives etc., and communicate this information throughout the company
  • Execute and optimize – Collaborate cross functionally to analyze what works best to engage our customers. Ideate and execute with creativity in our assets, website & events to engage and differentiate in the market. Broaden our opportunity to leverage customer evidence and proof points

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing in MarkeTech, AdTech or related technology high-growth SaaS company - a must
  • Business acumen to drive the business outcomes
  • Natural skill to create impactful storytelling that is customized to the various audiences
  • Excellent communication skills across written and verbal content
  • Proven experience in driving GTM and creating content (will be required to complete an assignment)
  • Agile mindset is a must
  • Native/bilingual English proficiency - written and spoken
