About The Role:

The Product Marketing team’s mission is to deliver the right product to the right audience using the right messaging. We are looking for a dynamic Associate Program Manager to lead in managing projects, content, and campaigns for the product marketing team. This person reports directly to the Sr. Director of Product Marketing and will ensure projects are running efficiently, coordinate with project stakeholders, and effectively plan deliverables until execution. The Product Marketing team is responsible for creating, owning, and championing go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product features including setting objectives, goals, audience definition, marketing and communication strategy, and measurement. This is a hands-on, collaborative role with a unique opportunity to lead marketing initiatives within a quickly scaling company.


Responsibilities include: 

  • Be responsible for overseeing and managing assigned projects and campaigns across Marketing - specifically within the scope of the Product Marketing team
  • Be a master organizer who can set and implement content management processes and procedures for marketing and sales to drive effective and impactful content usage 
  • Ensure that projects are running efficiently; create, manage tasks, and execution of marketing initiatives
  • Plan, organize, and create a strategy for delivering marketing content to sales through our content management tools - including Google Drive, Highspot, Pathfactory, and more. 
  • Understand the customer journey, buying process, and our product suite to effectively tag and map content to sales stages and deliver seamless sales plays
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure planning and collaboration across the entire project life-cycle
  • Effectively and efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across project(s) based on scope of work and project goals
  • Lead all project meetings and drive teams toward timely completion of project milestones and phases
  • Assist in the coordination and management of all project planning meetings throughout the project life-cycle: preparing agendas, circulating key documents, note taking, and meeting follow ups
  • Partner closely with sales to deliver trainings on how to find what they need, gather feedback on what they are using, and 


  • 1+ years of project management experience within a marketing department, agency or product marketing vertical
  • Power user of digital content management software including (Google Drive, Highspot, and Pathfactory preferred), project management tool (Jira), and sales enablement software 
  • Demonstrated project management skills: clear communication, extremely detail oriented and organized
  • Deep understanding of the sales process (preferably MEDDIC) and ability to map marketing content (data sheets, ebooks, decks, industry reports, calculators, etc.) to stages in the process through appropriate tagging and sales plays
  • Experience creating project plans that include but are not limited to brief creation, timelines/schedules with dependencies, status reporting, internal check-ins and debrief meetings
  • Ability to adapt to constant changes and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to implement and enforce processes that ensure best practices in marketing and resource management
  • Ability to wear many hats and take on additional responsibilities in order to get the job done
  • Ability to successfully manage projects across the entire project lifecycle on time and on budget
  • Great collaboration skills with ability to focus on both the big picture and the granular project details

Additional Qualifications

  • Cybersecurity/SaaS experience strongly preferred
  • Proven experience in organizing large volumes of content or libraries into easily consumable and searchable system
  • Experience with in a B2B context with both marketing and direct sales force
  • Global experience
