About the Role

Security Scorecard is experiencing tremendous growth and seeking a highly motivated professional with exceptional analytical skills to join us as a Commission Manager. This role will be responsible for the accurate and timely administration of our entire commissions process for our sales team.

 If you have Enterprise SAAS experience, have helped scale businesses, build scalable excel models/ reports, bring intellectual horsepower and thrive on being hands on keep reading.

What you will do

Execution-

  • Manage the entire commissions process focusing on the monthly commission calculations across all sales teams and provide timely and accurate accrual information to accounting team
  • Maintain model with demonstrated proficiency in excel and continuously review model and identify areas of potential improvement
  • Administer and update our Spiff instance to ensure transparency for our sales team
  • Work closely with payroll and accounting to ensure proper payments each month

Plan-

  • Review and execute all compensation plans for new and existing sales employees
  • Work closely with our Revenue Operations team to understand quota and territory assignment and ensure any changes are translated into the commission model and reflected in compensation plans
  • Verify that plans are working as expected and propose changes to plans where gaps are identified

Support-

  • Partner with Finance Leadership and Revenue Operations Team to on an on-going basis to streamline entire commission process
  • Ensure complete and accurate employee data and compensation plan detail across compensation systems
  • Triage questions and issues identified by the sales employees in relation to their compensation plans and preemptively provide information to all employees
  • Provide Ad-hoc analysis and track key performance metrics monthly

 Basic Qualifications 

  • 6+ years or more of corporate finance with a strong mix of skills in SAAS, Commission Administration, and Sales Finance
  • Excellent scenario modeling experience in excel and you have built models that are driver based, scalable, pivotable, plug-n-play capable.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Spiff, and Tableau strongly preferred
  • BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
