Position Summary
The Renewal Specialist role is a highly visible, strategic position to ensure our customers are getting value and renewing ThycoticCentrify’s solutions and support.
This role reports to the Manager, Americas Renewal Team and is a US - Remote position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the renewal process for a defined set of Thycotic’s customers to ensure continuous access to Thycotic’s products and services, drive long-term agreements, and maintain and grow revenue.
  • Propose deal structures and lead price negotiations to maximize value-based renewal pricing that meet and exceed renewal targets.
  • Convey the value proposition for Thycotic product subscriptions, technical support, and other services.
  • Own, drive and lead the renewals process to preserve and improve customer contracts and relationships.
  • Prepare, send and review quotes with customers to ensure timely processing through procurement resulting in issuance of PO.
  • Consistently meet key performance indicator metrics.
  • Maintain an accurate forecast of renewals pipeline.

Skills and Requirements

  • 2+ years of software sales (renewals focus preferred) experience, ideally selling to a corporate IT audience; experience selling cybersecurity solutions a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Strong math skills with an attention to detail.
  • Proven top-notch written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technology savvy and ability to quickly learn new concepts.
  • Organized, self-motivated, goal-oriented and metrics-driven.
  • Experience using Salesforce a plus.
