Position Summary
ThycoticCentrify is looking for a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst, Sales and Finance to join the Sales Finance team.  The ideal candidate will be analytical, curious, and have a passion to drive new ideas.  The individual has a record of excelling at researching, quantifying, and communicating actionable insights.   This role will be a valuable business partner in helping to analyze trends and results, understand performance and provide data-driven recommendations.  This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Sales Finance and will partner closely with Sales leadership and Sales Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales and Finance leadership to support the strategic and financial planning processes, annual budget, and monthly forecasts.
  • Assist in reporting and operationalizing key sales and bookings performance metrics, reporting tools and dashboards to help drive key insights and initiatives.
  • Support and develop detailed models and tools to forecast, measure performance and provide variance analysis for Sales & Marketing KPIs (Bookings, Retention, Sales Attainment, Pipeline funnel analytics, etc…)
  • Partner with Sales and Finance leadership on headcount and territory planning.
  • Partner with Sr. Sales and Finance leaders to support the sales compensation plan modeling and design.
  • Improve and simplify processes, drive standardization, and leverage systems to support data driven business insight and recommendations.

Skills and Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in FP&A or metric driven Sales Operations function
  • Excellent analytical skills with an ability to manipulate large data sets and derive critical insights
  • High level of competency in Microsoft Excel, including Index(Match), Vlookups, and pivot tables. 
  • Experience with Salesforce, Adaptive Insights and other data analytic software platforms (Tableau a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate with multiple levels throughout the organization
  • Self-starter with proven ability to work independently
  • Experience in working in a high growth environment and within the software industry is a plus
