We are growing fast and looking for an Onboarding Specialist to help guide new customers to success with Workable. You will partner closely with Account Management, Customer Education and our top-notch Customer Support, to assist new accounts starting from the Trial phase through the crucial first weeks. You will encourage adoption of key features, provide consultations on best practices, and ensure that customers are able to achieve their recruiting goals. Though we have a primarily self-guided setup process, you will keep the process on track and work through any challenges along the way. You’ll work as part of a small team in order to provide the most timely service to customers all over the world.

You should be comfortable in a metrics-based environment, able to prioritize your time well and enjoy creatively solving problems. We’re obsessed with providing a fantastic customer experience, and you should be too. You’ll do well if you embrace change, always look for opportunities to improve processes, and are looking for an opportunity to grow.


You will:

  • Act as a contact for new customers, answering questions ranging from support to setup, handling objections, providing advice, and keeping them engaged in the process.
  • Advocate for customers by capturing and sharing feature requests and other feedback.
  • Improve trial conversions through proactive contact at the first sign of trouble
  • Monitor setup progress on new annual accounts and provide guidance on next steps
  • Demo or troubleshoot features through scheduled calls or video meetings
  • Work with Customer Education team to setup automated outreach and collateral like videos and guides
  • Review new job postings to identify opportunities for constructive feedback based on job board guidelines

Requirements

You must have:

  • 2+ years in Customer Support, Account Management, Customer Success or similar
  • Bonus points if you have experience in Customer Onboarding, SaaS industry or Recruiting
  • Experience working with CRM, Customer Success or Help desk tools
  • Track record hitting your objectives and taking on new challenges
  • Bachelors Degree

You should be:

  • Tech-savvy, able to learn our product well enough to be able to explain it to others in a short time, and translate technical requirements into customer-friendly language.
  • Analytical and able to read between the lines to find creative solutions for our customers.
  • An excellent communicator, both verbal and written, in order to build relationships quickly.
  • Able to prioritize, multitask, and manage time productively between many projects at once.
  • Excited to find ways to improve existing processes, and not afraid to try new ideas.
  • Passionate about providing a fantastic customer experience.


Note: This is a Greece-based optionally remote job (GMT+3) so we won't be able to proceed with candidates living outside Greece at the moment.
