Vice President of Enterprise Sales

We are seeking an experienced leader who drives sales and has a proven track record of building a high-performance sales teams focused on the Enterprise market segment. This individual will be a leader with entrepreneurial skills who thrives on challenges and is looking for an opportunity to take their sales experience to the next level. The role requires an intelligent, dynamic and highly motivated leader with at least 8 years of sales experience and 5 years of experience mentoring sales teams and leading them to success.

About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing SaaS company with triple-digit growth and help shape and scale the sales organization with the world’s most strategic companies. This individual will be a team leader in a key client-facing role and take ownership of revenue generation for the enterprise market: building, hiring, managing and developing a high-performing SaaS sales team; creating a methodical, data driven sales process; filling and driving the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the entire sales process/cycle from top to bottom & shape the sales strategy
  • Set and achieve revenue targets according to company goals, sales conversion metrics & monthly, quarterly or annual sales goals
  • Hire and build the sales team globally
  • As an expert in your domain, work closely with the Marketing team on generating leads and on developing & optimizing messaging to increase sales team effectiveness
  • Lead the team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual team targets by generating sales pipeline, accelerating active opportunities and driving to close
  • Drive your team to expand knowledge and nurture professional development and performance
  • Develop and implement a scalable sales process from prospecting/demand generation through contract execution
  • Leverage CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals
  • Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategy with overall company objectives This position will report directly to the CRO.

Requirements


  • 8+ years of demonstrated sales experience and increasingly growing responsibility for building pipelines, preferably within fast-growing and complex SaaS, subscription-based software model
  • 5+ years in a SaaS sales management function with experience and shown performance as a results-driven leader, people manager, and motivator
  • Experience in cultivating and closing opportunities with the Global 2000 account base
  • Proven track record of building and managing professional sales teams in a high performance and rapidly growing environment
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS market is required
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of degree and experience
  • Cyber Security sales experience is a plus
  • A natural ability to collaborate and work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to hire, ramp, lead and motivate sales teams around high performance
  • Excellent creative and strategic thinking to provide solutions to prospective clients
  • Effective oral and written communication for internal reviews, summaries, feedback, and executive reports
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
