About Your Role: 
Our eLearning Specialist is a customer-focused on demand content developer who will design, develop, and deploy beautiful and engaging software training that sales and marketing teams love. This role will be a member of the newly formed Customer Education team and report to the Senior Manager of Customer Education. The eLearning Specialist will determine high priority gaps in existing training, update training to align with fast-moving product launches, and surface learning content in an easy to consume way using LMS best practices.

Design and Manage eLearning Programs

  • Managing our LMS including improving configuration, permissioning, learning paths, and reporting.
  • Working with our LMS vendor and integration experts to troubleshoot issues.
  • Packaging eLearning, quizzes, and other elements into customer certifications.
  • Consistently recommending and implementing processes to streamline content development.
  • Managing various types of eLearning projects simultaneously.
  • Restructuring customer onboarding training to provide a role-based, self service experience.

Create Customer Focused eLearning Content

  • Developing a deep understanding of the Sendoso platform and customer use cases.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop onboarding, advanced, and best practices eLearning.
  • Designing and publishing interactive training for customer sales and marketing teams.
  • Aligning with cross functional teams to develop learning content for frequent product updates.
  • Creating job aids and other supporting materials that enhance interactive training.
  • Incorporating new elements including videos, quizzes, additional resources, and feedback mechanisms into courses.
  • KPI reporting that maps to company success metrics to ensure high satisfaction scores, user adoption, and training effectiveness.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Independent, driven, self-starter with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement, and look for opportunities to improve efficiencies.
  • Flexibility in taking on challenges and changing directions when necessary.
  • Proven skills as a rockstar LMS Administrator (Skilljar preferred).
  • Understanding of rapid authoring, SAM, and/or Agile content development.
  • Proficiency with design principles (e.g. page layout, typography, and color theory) using Adobe Xd, Sketch, Figma, or a related tool.
  • Video and voiceover recording, editing, and hosting experience (e.g. Camtasia, Audacity, Vimeo).
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast moving SaaS environment.

Bonus Points If...

  • You have a certification or degree in adult education.
  • You have basic HTML skills.
  • Portfolio or work product examples may be requested for consideration.
