We’d love you to bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in sales/business development, preferably within the real estate space.
  • Ability to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels across the business from owners and Executives, through to individual contributors. 
  • A focus on relationships, able to gain trust through communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables.
  • Believe in creating diverse, equitable, and inclusive practices and programs that will further Knock’s commitment to making an impact, learning, putting people first, being open, and courageous. 
  • Have proven success working 100% remote in prior positions & are experienced working with a distributed, national team.

As a Broker Partnership Manager you will: 

Work with the team to identify new partnership opportunities with Real Estate brokerages, educating agent teams on the distinct value proposition of Knock’s Home Swap™ Program. You will engage with real estate agents to build relationships, improve trust, and breed confidence in Knock’s programs and mortgage offerings.

  • Drive real estate agent partnership growth through engaging existing brokerage partners, along with signing new brokerage partnerships. 
  • Educate brokerage Executives on the Knock Home Swap™ value proposition. 
  • Onboard new brokers & real estate agents to drive training registrations. 
  • Create new partnership leads and establish relationships within the industry. 
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Knock’s product positioning, product messaging, product capabilities, and competitive position.
  • Effectively prospect, cold call, and conduct personal meetings over video & phone.
  • Overcome prospect objections through education and building trust. Generate a strong pipeline that will help exceed monthly quarterly, and annual quotas.
  • Continually learn, grow, and expand your knowledge, while also supporting others learning experiences; act as a mentor and be a resource for others inside and outside of your team. 
  • Take on ad-hoc projects as they arise & always be willing to support your team where they need you.
