In this position, you will be responsible for creating the growth testing roadmap and reporting on its success. This roadmap will be key to hitting Knock's financial goals and fundamental to the success of the business. 

Skills and experience you have:

  • Built and managed product-led growth experiences for communities of professionals 
  • Ability to take a newly formed growth team and create and implement testing cadence, philosophy, and roadmap with the goal of running 5-10 concurrent tests a month 
  • Experience with optimizing conversion funnels, A/B testing/analysis, user onboarding and referral incentives
  • Experience with understanding of statistical significance, p-values, and power, with the ability to communicate this understanding to other teammates. 
  • A track record of full-cycle product management - research, data analysis, road mapping, goal setting, specifications writing, managing project execution, experiment planning, and defining product roll-out strategy
  • Worked in and comfortable with distributed/remote domestic teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to get buy-in and drive support for new ideas, products, and process in a highly collaborative environment
