The Director of Product Management is a visionary, creative, and insightful product strategist who will help drive our product vision and roadmap for our back-end suite of revenue cycle products. They are passionate about building products that customers love and will fundamentally change healthcare. Our ideal candidate is both an expert in the back-end of the Revenue Cycle and in launching software products to the healthcare market.

This position reports to the Sr. Director of Product, Olive Provider and will lead a highly functioning team of product managers and product owners.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the company vision, delivery of new products and features to keep the business relevant and competitive
  • Have a pulse on market direction, customer satisfaction and product tower performance to assist in product strategy development, in alignment with company vision and goals
  • Translate high-level aspirational company goals and quickly break them into actionable initiatives for product team
  • Effectively communicate product strategy and product roadmaps to senior leadership and C Suite
  • Engage cross functional stakeholders to maintain product strategy alignment
  • Coordinate go-to-market strategies when launching a new product or feature
  • Develop systems and process improvement strategies and roadmaps in partnership with business functions and customer needs
  • Manages team of Product Managers/Owners and engages directly to assess financial, operational, technical and commercial product strategy and execution plans
  • Collaborates across key stakeholders, including Engineering, Product Marketing, Implementation, Sales, Finance, Legal/Compliance
  • Mentors, coaches, and counsels Product team members
  • Fluent in agile delivery methods

Requirements

  • 3+ years at Director or above level in a preferably in a high-growth, product driven organization
  • 3+ years experience in healthcare
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Executive presence and experience working with C-suite and varying levels of customer executives and end users
  • Must be highly motivated, organized, with a strong ability to communicate well with internal and customer stakeholders
  • Strong problem solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get a job done
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding project and time management skills; easily handles a fast-paced environment across numerous teams and projects

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous Revenue Cycle experience
  • Previous SaaS Startup experience
  • Previous Agile framework experience
  • Previous AI/ML experience
  • Product management related training or certification
