Location: This position can be located remote within the US.
Ready, set, here we GROW!  As a Senior Sales Sourcer, you’ll play a key role in building one of the most exciting startups of our time. You’ll partner with our Sales recruiting team to identify, attract and engage Enterprise & Strategic Account Executives to help us fuel our hypergrowth. 
Your primary focus will be developing innovative sourcing strategies, driving diversity sourcing initiatives, researching market trends, and creating raving fans of both our candidates and internal customers with a world-class experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with the Sales recruiting team to fully understand business requirements and execute accordingly
  • Identify, engage, and evaluate top level sales talent for Enterprise / Strategic AE roles
  • Develop and lead innovative search strategies for both active and passive sales talent
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on effective diversity talent pipeline building strategies, as well as engage diverse talent to augment our candidate pipeline

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years experience creatively sourcing sales talent, preferably within a rapidly growing high-tech SaaS company
  • Demonstrable experience utilizing innovative sourcing techniques: LinkedIn, X-Ray, Social Media, Events
  • A passion and a demonstrable track record of identifying diverse talent
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, dynamic environment with a drive to deliver results quickly
  • Data driven individual with the ability to grasp new technical concepts in support of sourcing initiatives
