Nanny Lane is one of CareGuide's latest products and is growing rapidly. We're dedicated to making child care more accessible. We know that life can be stressful and busy, and the right child care makes all the difference.

We're a tight-knit team of five who share this commitment. In the last four years, we've created a community of over 500,000 families and nannies and in the last year, we've more than 10x'd our revenue.

Nanny Lane is the best of both worlds. The perks of a mature company as CareGuide is home to over 6 million caregivers and families across North America, with the autonomy & agility of an early-stage startup.

As Nanny Lane's Full Stack Engineer, you'll build highly impactful and innovative solutions to help families and nannies meet their most critical needs: child care and employment.

We're looking for a second Full Stack Engineer who is excited to build the future of child care. You'll collaborate with our Engineer, General Manager, and Product Designer to change the way families find, hire, and pay their nanny.

Work-Life Balance. We strive to work smarter, not longer. You choose what hours and timing suit your lifestyle (within reason), and we will do our best to accommodate.

Autonomy. We want everyone to be able to perform to their best ability. We'll give you the opportunity to find a rhythm that works for you.

Exponential Career Trajectory. We're tackling new challenges every day. Join an early product line that is growing rapidly and you'll have endless opportunities as we scale.

Dedicated to Quality. We always do the best we can with any ambitious problems we're solving. We work together and take pride in the experiences we create. Feedback is encouraged and welcomed to help everyone improve their crafts.
