About the role:
At Kraken, we’re building out our world class learning experience for our Krakenites (workers of Kraken) company-wide. Our learning team requires creative people who aren’t afraid to cast aside established ways of doing things to create entirely new, delightful experiences for our internal learning community.
Throughout the history of civilization, there have been a handful of moments that changed the course of how we think about wealth and equality. We’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented team players with a passion for structure and communication that enables our learning team to deliver meaningful curriculum to our company and continuing fantastic results for our rapidly expanding business.
The Learning Administrator is responsible for monitoring the intake, communication, announcements, and alerts/updates for our company wide learning and development department. You will be sending out communication and updates to the team and company wide learning channels, working closely with the learning leadership team, scheduling, note taking, documenting, and following up on internal tasks. 
The Learning Administrator will assist with training scheduling and attendance notifications, classroom readiness, facilitator support, and other administrative support tasks. 

What you’ll do

  • Provide quality control oversight, project management, and overall governance of key functions within the L&D team
  • Create and submit communications on behalf of the L&D team as needed
  • Compile information for company-wide newsletter and maintain department information on the internal intranet platform
  • Work closely with data team creating processes to appropriately track data relating to various programs and assessment tools
  • Maintain standard operating procedures
  • Ensure compliance with LMS and training course standards and policies
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with our internal partners across the business
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for process and quality improvements, providing feedback on usage, defects, and suggested enhancements
  • Create user logins as needed and assign user permissions.
  • Maintain team charter, Confluence page, team branding, and internal comms 
  • Owns assignment process and access approval for learners (LMS, knowledge management software, skills, and tools) 
  • Provide LMS reporting to internal departments
  • Responds to various LMS report requests as needed
  • Support the design, launch, and execution of learning surveys
