About the RoleLyra Health is looking for a Senior Operations Associate to help us scale our Blended Care Therapy business. Specifically, this role is focused on analyzing and surfacing performance insights to various stakeholders across the Blended Care Therapy program. This role will be a great fit if you are energized by answering complex business questions with data, streamlining and improving on operational processes, building relationships with clinicians and supervisors, enabling access to high-quality mental health care to clients, and driving exceptional business results. You will succeed if you are strategic, data-driven, highly organized, detail-oriented, able to align stakeholders, and willing to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty.

In your first year, you will…

  • Measure and monitor therapist productivity across the program to ensure we are on track to reach our program targets and proactively identify any risks and/or opportunities
  • Calculate key therapist performance metrics quarterly and manage the distribution of performance-based compensation to therapists
  • Analyze the impact of various operational and clinical initiatives on provider performance
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve existing performance-related processes so that they can better scale with our program
  • Support strategic initiatives in the Blended Care program to ensure we hit our growth targets 
  • Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes, collaborating internally with teams such as clinical, product, HR, legal, platform support and others to effectively set up processes to scale the program over time 
  • Play integral team role to continue to make Blended Care Therapy a top program for therapists, clients, and customers

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience leading operational initiatives and/or performance analytics in a fast-paced and/or startup environment strongly preferred
  • Facility with complex data analysis and developing monitoring tools in sheets, as well as a metrics-driven approach to problem solving
  • Prior experience using Tableau and/or SQL strongly preferred
  • Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to work successfully on cross-functional teams 
  • Exceptional people skills, with prior experience managing individual relationships and influencing without authority strongly preferred
  • Ability to innovate and creatively solve problems in a highly collaborative manner
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and balance priorities in a dynamic and constantly evolving work environment
  • Proven commitment and passion for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) work and experience integrating a DEIB perspective into operational projects and strategic initiatives
  • Passion for mental health and changing the healthcare landscape
