**NOTE: This role is Remote in the United States but must be willing to work in the Eastern Time Zone.
We are searching for a Global Operations Senior Manager for our Key Accounts Program (KAP).  This individual will lead, manage, and evolve our KAP operations to meet the expanding needs of our rapidly growing business.
As part of our Global Revenue Strategy and Operations team, you will support our KAP Leadership Team and lead the coordination of our KAP Operations globally to establish a world-class operations capability, and to maximize our KAP program to efficiently scale our business in our most strategic global accounts.

This is what you'll do at UiPath:

  • Partner with our global KAP leadership team to define and enable our KAP strategy and plan.
  • Lead the coordination of our KAP operations teams to evolve and manage our world class KAP operations processes, systems, and data, including global ROE. 
  • Manage our KAP operations rhythms across demand gen, pipeline management, opportunity management, pursuit planning, and forecasting and leadership business reviews to enable goal achievement.
  • Provide effective analytics and data driven insights on KAP performance, benchmarks and tracking of critical KPIs.
  • Lead the annual planning process, quota deployment and performance tracking to ensure alignment on KAP strategy and goals.
  • Provide hands on KAP program support across the lead and co-ordination of account planning sessions, identifying account coverage, support, and enablement requirements to drive account success.
  • Execute operational strategies to enable high & low touch KAP accounts and support account management to scale
  • Drive consistent sales methodologies to effectively serve customer needs.

This is what you'll bring to UiPath:

  • Ideally 7+ years of successful operational leadership, building best-in-class operational environments, including KAP management.
  • Strong operational leadership experience in sales operations in fast-paced high tech post-IPO international companies.
  • Deep understanding of operational management in international SaaS companies.
  • Highly effective people leader managing direct and indirect international operations teams.
  • Strong communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing, comfort in business and technical discussions
  • Highly trusted individual who maintains and expects high standards for self and team
  • Takes initiative, self-starter, resilient, solution-oriented, comfortable with constant change and ambiguity, and has attention to detail
  • Comfortable working through conflict using clean escalation and strong listening skills
  • Strategic thinker, who is also execution oriented; ideally has experience driving cross functional programs or processes
  • Effective at building relationships, collaborating, and influencing others; experience working with senior executives/ partners in cross-company projects
  • Bachelor’s degree
