The Associate Sales Development Representative (aSDR) is responsible for supporting the qualification efforts  of the SDR team. This role will primarily support the SDR team around inbound lead flow to create net-new meetings and opportunities. The Associate Sales Development Representative will articulate the Redox’s value proposition. They will also excel at cross coordination with multiple stakeholders, as this role will involve individuals from departments across our organization including the AE, AE leadership and C-levels.

What You Will Do:

  • Work closely with the SDR team on ensuring all inbound leads are addressed and qualified 
  • Respond to inbound customer interest and developing these inquiries to schedule meetings
  • Research leads through internet research, social media monitoring/messaging, by utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Zoominfo and others
  • Work with the Product and Marketing teams on qualifying SDR designated inbound leads from the launch of new products
  • Assist in the update of SDR playbooks for the Sales Development team
  • Perform Salesforce Data entry, management and cleanup to ensure up-to-date reporting is reflected
  • Assist with data integrity projects as they relate to the SDR team
  • Maintain and organize activity using our CRM (Salesforce), Outreach.io, and other automation platforms

Required Skills & Experience:

  • A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible lead follow-up and sales development within an organization; familiarity with marketing automation space
  • Technical aptitude  - You have learned new programs before and have the ability to pick things up quickly
  • Time management - Highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Opportunity qualification and objection handling
  • Ability to make outbound calls to leads
  • Experience with management of lead data in a CRM system
  • Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment; team player
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
  • Ability to think on your feet in conversation and can answer unexpected questions with ease and confidence
  • The highest level of integrity
  • Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, G Suite)
  • Sales training and salesforce.com experience a plus
