About System1 Lead GenWalletGenius is one of System1’s fastest growing lead generation sites, designed to help consumers make smart financial decisions. We create experiences with the goal of educating consumers and connecting them to leading financial brands and products that meet their needs. We are looking for a hungry Growth Marketer to help drive the product strategy and execution of making WalletGenius the top personal finance site.
In this role you will be responsible for managing high-volume, direct response lead gen campaigns across a variety of paid social and search networks. You’ll have a direct impact on how we target audiences using data-driven strategies that optimize ad spend, and dig in directly to understand the full funnel of our lead gen campaigns. Our team is driven by results, and investigative in nature, always looking at the next opportunity for expansion. 
Where We AreSystem1 is based in Los Angeles, where our Lead Gen team sits at our Marina del Rey headquarters. We have additional offices in Seattle, and our Canadian headquarters in Guelph, Ontario. 
This role has the ability to work remotely in Washington, Oregon, California, Colorado, Texas, Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia, and Pennsylvania.

What You Can Expect on the Team

  • Execute high-volume ad buys across Facebook/Instagram, Taboola/Outbrain, GDN, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter and other leading networks based on audience testing and performance data
  • Operate with large budgets and autonomy in ad spend decisions
  • Conduct regular A/B testing and experimentation to discover new growth avenues and audience insights
  • Visualize data for analysis using Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics
  • Partner with product owners, and analytics and engineering teams to continuously improve advertising funnels and consumer experiences

What You Will Bring

  • 2-4 years experience scaling in-house growth marketing campaigns on paid social, native, programmatic or display networks (or combination thereof)
  • Proficiency with common networks like Facebook/Instagram ads, Taboola/Outbrain, and GDN - extra points if you’ve managed campaigns on Snap, TikTok, or programmatic platforms
  • Experience managing monthly ad spend of at least $50,000 and optimizing for buy-side KPIs like CPA/CPL and ROAS
  • Advanced data visualization skills in Excel - pivot tables, formulas, etc. - or comparable experience with Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and similar tools
  • Experience targeting lead gen conversions in the personal finance or insurance vertical is highly preferred
