We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to drive long-term recruitment strategies and build leading talent-development practices that support our business objectives. This candidate will serve as a recruitment expert partnering with the Tech Leadership team to fill requisitions across our Product, Engineering and Data teams.   This role reports into our Talent Acquisition Manager as an individual contributor and is a fully remote based out of the US.  

WHAT YOU'LL DO AT H1- Manage full-cycle tech recruiting process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience- Proactively source and attract passive candidates through a variety of methods, building a consistent pipeline of talent for high priority and hard-to-fill positions- Contribute to hiring processes & procedures, employer branding, onboarding, and organizational planning that will allow the company to scale effectively- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand and ensure alignment on the specifications of each role needed while executing solid sourcing and recruiting plans- Be a culture ambassador for H1 - Manage H1’s ATS, Lever, using metrics to improve overall recruitment process

REQUIREMENTS- You have at least 7 years of Technical Recruitment experience, across agency or in house roles - You have the ability to effectively communicate - You are comfortable communicating confidential information in a professional manner- You have a track record of negotiating and navigating compensation conversations (including equity)- You are passionate about recruiting data- You’ve demonstrated methods of ensuring no candidate gets left behind or falls through the cracks!- You have top notch organizational agility, especially in a fast paced environment
