What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage end to end Pharmacy Ops recruiting cycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling, negotiation & acceptance
  • Develop, lead, and manage a team of full cycle recruiters
  • Play a collaborative role in improving overall recruiting process, while holding team members accountable to KPIs
  • Improve upon existing programs and develop innovative strategy around finding top talent
  • Utilize ATS (Lever) reports, dashboards, and other tools to illustrate the recruiting pipeline and results
  • Work with hiring managers to create/improve job descriptions
  • Help define and build our recruiting strategy, from sourcing to screening to hiring candidates 

What You'll Bring:

  • At least 4 years of experience doing full cycle recruiting
  • 2+ years of team leadership/development experience 
  • High comfort level with multiple modalities of selection (phone, video, in-person) 
  • Familiarity with HR databases and Lever, or a quick ATS learner 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of attention to detail 
  • Proven ability to follow through on tasks and achieve goals 
  • Preferred: Experience recruiting for Pharmacy Operations and/or within the high volume space
