We are looking for a Product Marketing Associate to join our Corporate Marketing team. You’ll assist with product marketing responsibilities for our full suite of care guidance, advocacy, and delivery services. You will work closely with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Client Success, and Product to ensure that our go-to-market messages, documentation, and resources are compelling, consistent, and thorough. You are adept at market research, writing narratives, number crunching, developing enablement materials, and project management. You know how to communicate complex ideas in simple ways through a combination of storytelling and data. You have a history of working cross functionally to support complex projects. In this role you will play a critical role in supporting the Product Marketing team to define, develop, and bring products to market. We are a small team in a scaling organization and you will have an opportunity to create instant and lasting impact. Expect a steady flow of special projects, as well.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain understanding of our product suite and buyers to inform positioning, packaging, and pricing
  • Build, maintain and expand a suite of market-facing materials and tools that support our sales efforts
  • Collaborate within Product Marketing and the broader Corporate Marketing team and with Product and Go-to-Market teams to develop materials and reference guides for our products
  • Set up and manage project workflows within the Product Marketing department
  • Build communication and relationships between Product Marketing, Sales, Solutions Consulting, Client Success, Product, and GM teams
  • Maintain and update our competitive intelligence database
  • Work with our Proposal team to ensure our RFP database is up to date

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Product Marketing experience, ideally in the employer benefits space or working with large enterprise and/or health plan buyers
  • Strong analytical and organizational ability
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to package findings into market-facing collateral in a crisp, thoughtful and persuasive manner
  • Sound business judgement and problem framing
  • Superior storytelling skills to weave a compelling visual narrative
  • Enthusiastic collaborator who is able to effectively work across teams with many different stakeholders
  • Deep interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to balance and execute multiple projects concurrently
  • Desire and ability to succeed in a demanding, creative, and entrepreneurial environment
