What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop, facilitate, and maintain staffing models based upon projected and live Telehealth programs, forecasted volume that meets business and revenue objectives, while enabling effective, patient-centric, and compliant care
  • Develop and manage service level management and resource administration across internal and cross-functional team members, acting as a single point of contact for the workforce planning management and structure for senior leaders and vendor partners
  • Maintain deep understanding of operational metrics, program specific service level agreements, goals for our Telehealth programs, and state and federal regulatory requirements to produce effective and business orientated workforce plans
  • Stay abreast of the business development pipeline in order to alter and/or adjust workforce plan to meet operational readiness, meet business objectives, and effective go-live of programs
  • Develop, monitor, and manage performance objectives and key performance indicators of provider staffing across our network of vendor partners, operational readiness meeting growth and scale requirements, as well as driving excellence in our front line servicing execution
  • Drive effectiveness of workforce planning through ongoing process analysis and redesign, and support of key internal optimization projects and revenue goals
  • Generate and use performance data and analysis to propose improvements, generating cost efficiencies and enabling a culture of thoughtful planning
  • Develop recommendations and articulate workforce plan and staffing strategies effectively to cross functional partners.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field or commensurate experience required
  • 4+ years of significant experience in Workforce Management, Vendor Management, and/or Planning required; Leadership or management experience is preferred
  • Prior healthcare industry experience in a high-growth or early stage start-up preferred
  • A strong communicator, motivator, and decision-maker with demonstrated ability to work effectively with people at all levels
  • Previous experience bringing maturity to an early-stage WFM program
  • Self-starter with strong sense of urgency and accountability who has excellent focus on attention to detail with the capability to work and make decisions in a fast paced environment
  • Proven flexibility in fast paced environments where priorities may change quickly
  • Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to evaluate and solve problems incorporating multiple perspectives
  • Ability to make, articulate and implement data-driven decisions
  • Experience with leading workforce management tools and methodologies
  • Strong team-building skills and ability to motivate others
