The Role

What you'll do
As our first Sales Operations Manager, you'll oversee the overall sales and marketing tech stacks, from procurement through integration and execution as well as being the administrate Mavenoid’s Salesforce instance, including the management of reporting, integrations, and data quality. You'll support Mavenoid’s named account list strategy by providing data that informs ICP fit and intent, implement and streamline marketing automation programs that facilitate campaign execution and sync bi-directionally with salesforce. A big part of the role will be to optimize marketing and sales pipeline reporting and proactively identify areas for improvement. Since this is the first role of it's kind at Mavenoid, you'll own the lead routing and distribution process to minimize follow-up times and maximize conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Improve productivity across marketing and sales: Allow marketing and sales to focus on marketing and selling
  • Reduce friction in the sales process to increase sales productivity, revenues, and profits.
  • Sales Ops can focus on empowering these teams to be as effective as possible through processes like data analysis, lead management, hiring and training, process optimization, communication and reporting, and increasingly, sales and revenue strategy (not only tactics).



Requirements

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales ops or marketing ops roles at a SaaS company
  • Deep understanding of tool development in Salesforce
  • Has built out Salesforce infrastructure from scratch, knows about how to best setup full sales funnel reporting
  • Preference for someone who has been part of a bigger team and company who can use learnings
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (i.e. Marketo)
  • Experience with optimizing sales pipeline reporting and identifying areas improvements in pipe management
