The Director, Human Resources will serve as the HR Business Partner for assigned departments within Global Technology.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of business partners.
  • Partner with Global Technology leadership team to develop and execute against the HR Talent Strategy
  • Partner with and advise senior tech leadership on people-related strategy, design and deliver targeted solutions for strategic planning, team visioning, organizational health, and change management based on data insights.
  • Work with Global Technology leaders to develop and act on a diversity strategy plan including having diverse candidate slates for key jobs and identifying and developing high potential diverse talent
  • Supports the ongoing development of talent and organizational capability for assigned teams
  • Partner with department managers to understand the talent needs of the organization; assess current and future talent needs based on business levels and growth plans, develop plans and programs to address both talent and skill gaps
  • Partner with Recruiting team to develop recruiting action plans
  • Partner with leaders as appropriate to ensure that organizational structures are aligned with business goals, work processes/systems are efficient and can be leveraged across disciplines, and roles and accountabilities are clearly defined and aligned with key priorities and a shared vision with decisions made at the right level
  • Supports facilitation of succession and workforce planning activities that support the business growth strategy
  • Applies personal expertise in talent assessment to facilitate optimal development planning
  • Own HR strategic initiatives that directly drive business priorities and develop and retain top talent across the company, integrating cross-functional effects on timing, readiness for change and resource management.
  • Lead, coach and hold managers accountable to Relativity’s Expectations of a People Leader.
  • Lead the team in mitigating risk and delivering positive outcomes with respect to employee relations issues.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or other relevant industry certification.
  • Experience in high-growth technology organizations.
  • Business management background or commensurate experience.
  • Proven ability to influence senior tech leaders with diplomacy.
  • Experience supporting remote, including international, locations.
  • Ability to lead efficiently under pressure, drive projects to completion and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting company or team goals.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of experience in a human resources business partner role, including work with multiple business unit
  • 4-5 years of management experience of human resources partners or a related human resources discipline.
  • Proven leader with a track record of creating followership.
