We're projecting 3X revenue growth in 2022 and are looking for seasoned Sales Managers to lead and inspire a dedicated team of AEs, while recruiting the next wave. Surf's up!

What You'll Do:

  • Lead your team to exceed quarterly quotas
  • Help recruit, interview, and identify top talent as we scale our Account Executive team
  • Coach and train your team through call coaching, deal reviews, one-on-ones, etc. No desk jockeys here!
  • Work collaboratively with other segments of the business to create and refine processes
  • Create and sustain a stellar culture to keep morale high and aid in retention
  • Establish team measurements, KPI's, and provide regular reporting on progress and tracking

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing a quota carrying SaaS sales team
  • Experience hiring and training AEs
  • Adaptable, with demonstrated change management skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated history of sales excellence and selling 5 and 6 figure deals into C-suite executives 
  • Experience building teams in a fast-paced startup environment

Compensation:

  • Competitive 50/50 base + commission OTE + stock options
