How You Will Make An Impact We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to partner with the HR team to implement and support the Workday transition. Reporting into our Director of Enterprise Applications and Data Integration. You will be a crucial member of the Enterprise Apps team.  This team is responsible for the successful deployment of enterprise applications, and works closely with external consulting partners and our internal HR and Finance teams. You will work in a highly collaborative environment to deliver a successful on-time implementation of Workday. 
As a Business Systems Analyst, HRIS, you have deep knowledge of HR business processes. This includes advising HR teams, managers, and employees on how to use the Workday HCM system and other ecosystem tools in support of overall business operations. You partner with HR teams to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes, and demonstrate the return on technological capabilities.

In This Role You'll Get To:

  • Manage relationships through the Workday implementation & provide post-production support as the functional analyst to set priorities and ensure deliverables are metIdentify business requirements and translate raw data into possible solutions ensuring business needs are met
  • Think Big and identify ways to leverage Workday in coordination with other thredUP tools/systems to deliver the most efficient processes and functionality 
  • Identify, assess and mitigate relevant risks to developed solutions
  • Ensure technical integration is achieved across the operational and tactical levels by participating in project planning, testing, validation, and reviews
  • Maintain product roadmaps and backlog for Workday product and services, including developing and prioritizing product proposals and users experience
  • Leverage Prism to create and manage data sets that join Workday data with data from other business applications to develop insightful and valuable analytics for business areas
  • Build dashboards and reports for HR, Managers, and other teams as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis AND Project Management
  • 2+ years of experience working on SQL and data reporting/analysis
  • Knowledge of Workday components such as Core HCM, Time Tracking, Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, Learning, and Integrations.
  • Experience in PRISM data warehouse for reporting and analytical purposes
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks/projects 
  • Demonstrated experience planning and accomplishing goals
  • Deep knowledge of Workday’s Business Process Framework and Security
  • Ability to work independently in a diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across Business, HR and Engineering teams
  • Successful completion of appropriate Workday Certification(s) is a plus
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as Netsuite, SAP or Oracle would be a plus
