We are seeking a Sr. Analyst to support our growing Account Engagement Operations team.  The Treasure Data Account Engagement operations team has three areas of focus - Pre-sales, Post-sales, and Partner Success, and this role will focus on operational support of all 3 teams. You will focus on capacity and P&L planning and tools for the account engagement team. You love data and know-how to tell a story using data.
Things you will do- Evaluate and implement global tools for resourcing, timesheet reporting, and other tools that will impact account engagement.- Responsible for margin reporting, forecasting, and analysis to determine headcount for all of the account engagement teams.- Review and ensure all account engagement processes are standardized across all channels. - Identify ways to optimize resources in utilization, hiring, performance, and usage of Treasure Data’s global locations.- Handle deal logistics such as PS SOW deal desk approval, PS pricing, and Commercial negotiations with customers.- Create reporting that tracks key performance metrics to assist leadership with strategic decisions.- Partner with sales enablement on repeatable best practices and training opportunities.
Your background and skills will include- A strong operations and financial background in modeling, headcount forecasting and sales operations.- Strong understanding of SaaS revenue recognition methodologies.- Minimum of 7 years of demonstrated work experience in Customer or Sales Operations. Software-as-a-Service Sales/Accounting, Finance, Revenue Recognition, Legal, Sales Operations or Business-to-Business Contracting/Negotiations.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Must be comfortable presenting business cases and complex process improvements to senior executives and creating and delivering training and enablement content to sales professionals and strategic partners.- Experience with CRM/SFA platforms like (SFDC) and enterprise quoting and exception approval workflow systems (CPQ)  and enterprise contract management systems (CLM) such as Salesforce CPQ, Ironclad, OpenAir, Netsuite- Maintain confidential information and ensure it is handled with sensitivity.Who we are: Treasure Data employees are enthusiastic, data-driven and customer-obsessed.
