What You'll Be Doing:

  • Create best in class, meaningful experiences for potential and existing patients over the phone 
  • Play a key role in driving patient engagement across several COVID-19 focused initiatives
  • Make outbound calls to patients and pharmacies to support with routing Telehealth prescriptions to the optimal pharmacy for pick up
  • Support various programs within business unit
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Become an expert with our software solutions, including but not limited to; Talkdesk, Zendesk and other internal tools
  • Primary work will come from internal systems to complete outbound calls throughout the day and questions and support requests from internal from internal and external customers and team members
  • Help with training new hires when needed
  • Full time (40 hours per week), Overtime hours as needed
  • Program Hours of Operation are 24/7, all shifts are currently available

What You'll Need:

  • Required: Active license as a Medical Assistant (MA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
  • Experience with Medical/Medication terminology
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of computer systems and call center applications
  • Ability to speak and write effectively at a high school graduate level
  • Ability to identify problems and find their solutions
  • Ability to demonstrate customer service skills in interactions with all patients, customers, co-workers, and team members including in high volume and stressful situations
  • Ability to work independently as well as an integral part of the pharmacy team
  • Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple tasks and assignments and prioritize workload
  • Preferred: Experience with Telehealth or pharmacy-related customer support
  • Preferred: Experience with startups
