We are looking for a Department coordinator for our Creative Team to be the "glue" that holds our back-end processes, initiatives, and projects together.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced, highly-organized professional who is passionate about Creatives and product design and who is excited about joining and able to work remotely.

  • Assist the Design Department with administrative tasks.

  • Take notes and give an overview of the meeting to the rest of the team.

  • Design and Creative Services are updated on a weekly basis. Report on the status of the project and the event

  • Be the Creatives Department's single external point of contact.

  • Keep track of all files and ensure the Department's Drive is well-organized.

  • Keep track of all of your team's tasks.

  • Identify new bottlenecks or obstructions and provide alternatives.

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in e-commerce management, administration, or marketing

  • Experience with Photoshop or any other design software

  • Experience with various management software (Jira, Monday, Asana, Click-up etc)

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Energized by high growth, entrepreneurial environment

  • Detail-oriented with astounding organizational skills

  • Effective Communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines while prioritizing tasks

  • Ability to flourish in a high-volume, fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment

  • A keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving

  • Collaborative working style and a willingness to work as part of a team

  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are all skills that you should have.

  • You like working independently and you enjoy a challenge

  • Ability to work remotely
