Do you love to make complex decisions and develop strategies that drive effectiveness?  Would people describe you as a team player who leaves their ego at the door and is willing to take on new challenges?   Dragos is seeking an experienced HRBP to support our rapidly expanding HR, Finance, Legal, and Marketing teams. Is this you? You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for driving business transformations while designing HR best practices. You will be a be strong influencer and mentor of others and build solid relationships with leaders and employees.
In this role, you will work closely with your dedicated teams in aligning staff and business objectives, driving performance, supporting the development, and helping plan and execute strategies accomplishing business/company objectives.   As an HRBP, you will be the initial point of contact for your client groups, handling everything from orientation and on-boarding to supporting team development and growth as well as off-boarding. 

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to provide thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution that’s aligned with business strategies
  • Be a trusted advisor to senior leaders who operates with a strong business mindset and understanding of business needs. Is an expert in stakeholder management and is able to communicate effectively to influence and deliver high impact 
  • Work closely with teams to optimize work relationships, drive morale and maximize productivity and retention
  • Take risks in designing and delivering programs and solutions to creatively solve business challenges in areas such as employee engagement, talent design, workforce planning, cultural change, organizational design, and change management
  • Have a data-driven mindset to assess organizational metrics and provide insights to leaders to drive business outcomes
  • Partner with leaders to build high performing leadership teams and coaches executives to enhance their leadership effectiveness
  • Design and deliver key inclusion programs/initiatives that continue to build a sustained culture of belonging 
  • Guide and coach managers on how to appropriately manage and resolve complex HR issues
  • Promote a culture of feedback and open communication, reinforcing our mission and core values

Requirements

  • 5+ years as an HRBP experience in a high speed, high growth environment
  • Significant experience working with software or technology organizations
  • Global HR experience preferred
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and uses data to influence strategic decisions at the executive level
  • Proven ability to think creatively, participate fully, and work collaboratively to develop and execute programs
  • Comfortable with open communication and giving and receiving open, constructive feedback respectfully

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $115,000
  • Base + Benefits + Equity = $170,000
  • Comprehensive benefits plan (medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401K with match)
  • Equity at Dragos is quickly growing and the total compensation under-represents the future growth and refresh program. This will be discussed on the first call with the Dragos recruiter.
