SUMMARY: This position is responsible for managing the internal service process and relationships for assigned property and casualty client companies.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • This position is a salaried, exempt and full-time position.
  • This position is remote and/or option to work from any Newfront office location. #LI-Remote
  • This position reports to: Global Practice Leader.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Be a subject matter expert (SME) in International Property & Casualty; provide guidance to Account Coordinators & Account Managers, plus support to Account Executives.
  • Manage the relationship with the global broker network, Worldwide Broker Network (WBN), on outbound and inbound business relating to international property and casualty.
  • Act as additional point of contact for international P&C clients to provide service by responding to client questions and requests regarding international placements and exposures.
  • Coordinate with Accounting Team and Account Executives to establish procedures for processing and expanding use of the systems for international service.
  • Coordinate with Account Executives to propose and execute (bind, bill, track and summarize) the international renewal program for successful, timely execution:
  • Regularly run & review foreign policy expiration list(s);
  • Prepare renewal packet international exposure questionnaires and deliver to Account Executives;
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on the global renewal strategy document and marketing;
  • Prepare international renewal proposal pages;
  • Execute renewal binders based on instructions;
  • Perform AMS entry, certificates, billing, tracking, policy checks and transmittals on renewed accounts; and
  • Prepare international digests within 90 days of renewal.
  • Assist in the administration of mid-market global client service plans by compiling and organizing client information.  Assist in development of client deliverables.
  • Provide assistance on business development efforts on mid-market commission based compensation accounts.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

  • Excellent communication skills:  written, public speaking and presentation preparation.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills, professionalism and tact.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and its more complex features. 
  • Ability to be resourceful, take initiative, solve problems and offer solutions.
  • Works well with others in a fast paced environment and be responsive to co-workers and colleagues.  Ability to train, delegate, provide oversight and give feedback.

  • Ability to review internal/external deliverables to ensure accuracy.
  • Intermediate project planning and management.
  • Ability to forge relationships and build trust.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 2-3 years Insurance Agency or Consulting Experience required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of International/Global Property and Casualty insurance experience required.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION

  • CA Property and Casualty Insurance license within 3 months of hire.
